Why I do this work?
I’ve lived through a fair share of challenging relationships and intimacy experiences — from my experience of losing my libido and ending up in a sexless marriage — that have led me to create tools to make sex in long-term relationships not only successful and sustainable but also inevitable for all couples.
I know that when couples feel empowered to create a fulfilling sex life with their love partner, they empower the next many generations to do that same — and that spills over into a more open, fulfilled and nourished world.
As a sex and intimacy coach, I am committed to walking alongside you on your own personal journey and helping you access more of your rightful pleasure, joy and love in your sex life.

My couples work is deeply rooted in the evidence-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach as well as Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients break patterns of disconnection to deepen intimacy.
Focusing on a body-oriented healing of relational trauma and loss of libido, I incorporate the Somatic Experiencing® method to sexuality and relational coaching. See my practitioner profile here.
In addition to my coaching practice, I am Contributing Faculty at the newly-founded DiaNova Institute for Intimacy Studies.
Before becoming a sex and intimacy coach, I was a corporate marketing maven, with experience in some of the world's largest companies in Silicon Valley and on Wall Street. As a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University and Stanford University with a BA and MA in Philosophy, I can proudly say that I've been a life-long student of what it means to lead a good life.
