What Is Orgasmic Meditation?
Mindfulness + Sexuality Combined
Orgasmic Meditation, OM for short, is a 15-minute partnered sexual practice. It's not sex. It's a goal-less practice that blends mindfulness and sexuality and allows both partners to tap into sexual energy. It’s a meditation equally powerful for both partners – only the object of focus is the clitoris and the sensations, desires and pleasure that arise.
Women, would you appreciate 15 minutes of a man's 100% undivided attention on your body and knowing exactly what kind of touch feels good to you? All that you have to do is feel what arises. It's a great way to learn how to feel more intensely in your body and get in touch with your desires.
And OM is not just beneficial for women. Men are able to experience a lot through the practice of OMing. OM tears down your ideas of reciprocity in sex, and men learn to experience how to pleasure a woman and connect with her at a deeper level that she can receive and feel. Men discover that more is possible in orgasm beyond the typical build sensation and climax model.
In the world of OM, "orgasm" is not just the point of climax at the end. It is the entire storage of energy you experience when you're turned on, awake and engaged in life with your body, mind and soul. This sensation can last in your body for hours.
Imagine having that level of energy in your body ALL the time? You’ll experience higher levels of energy, more focused concentration and increased libido.
OM is a practice that connects men and women through the shared experience of sexual energy without the pressure to orgasm or get off.

Orgasmic Meditation, from a man's perspective
"It is the most popular question raised when introduced to the practice: what is it there for men? It's assumed that because we are not getting stroked, we are only on the giving end. This cannot be farther from the truth. Just like Yin does not exist without Yang, or one side of the coin does not exist without the other, there is no strokee experience without the stroker or vice versa. And deep, profound experience in the nest is dependent upon the participation of both energies. Just like the practice implies, it is a pure meditation for me. I am not approaching the nest with expectations that there is something in it for me that I have to have. The woman (the strokee) is the source of an amazingly powerful and beautiful feminine energy, and the stroker (me) is the one who activates and connects to it — it is an honor and pleasure to be a part of this equation."
